About the Job
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who has a passion for all things MarTech. The Marketing Operations Manager will manage creation and execution of OpenSesame’s marketing operations processes; and technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, and other MarTech tools). The ideal candidate has a passion for data and marketing, thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, and is committed to helping drive measurable results in our marketing programs.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, and other MarTech tools) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads - In your first 30 days, you will get up-to-speed on our existing MarTech stack and marketing dashboards and reports. You will provide recommendations for new marketing dashboards within Looker BI and be responsible for all marketing analytics performance reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for all new MarTech integrations, existing system enhancements, and technical maintenance.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management - In your first 30 days, you will complete an audit of our existing marketing data management processes, data enrichment tools and processes (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Full Circle, etc.). You will actively manage these data enrichment tools, and provide recommendations for better overall data management processes. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for integrating third-party lists into our marketing database (partner, publications, etc.), enhancing data mapping integrations (Zoom webinar, etc.), and work to develop better data practices and efficiencies. You will continue to manage all marketing data management processes.
- Supports the marketing team with active data management across the MarTech stack: Pardot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Uberflip, 6Sense, Drift, ZoomInfo, Looker, Sendoso, etc
